Description
Given restaurant orders where each entry is [customerNamei, tableNumberi, foodItemi], construct a display table. Each row represents one table; each column (after the first) represents a food item in alphabetical order; each cell holds the count of that item ordered at that table. The header row starts with "Table" followed by food names; rows are sorted by table number numerically. Return this 2D string table.
Example 1:
Input: orders = [["David","3","Ceviche"],["Corina","10","Beef Burrito"],["David","3","Fried Chicken"],["Carla","5","Water"],["Carla","5","Ceviche"],["Rous","3","Ceviche"]]
